If you are unsure whether you have BiltBest's EClad Casement sash, we recommend checking the following:

BiltBest manufactured the EClad casement series from 1996-2010. This series utilized 5/8" insulated glass from 1996-2003; 3/4" insulated glass was used from 2003-2010. If the distance between the glass and edge of the wood part is approximately 5/8", then your EClad sash has 5/8" insulated glass. To further confirm that you have 5/8” glass, in addition to checking the width of your interior wood parts and your visible glass dimensions, you can double-check the interior and/or exterior dimensions of your sash with this chart: EClad Casement Dimensions Schedule-5/8”

If the distance between the glass and edge of the wood part is approximately 15/16", then your EClad sash has 3/4" insulated glass. To further confirm that you have 3/4” glass, in addition to checking the width of your interior wood parts and your visible glass dimensions, you can double-check the interior and/or exterior dimensions of your sash with this chart: EClad Casement Dimensions Schedule-3/4”

If your sash is fixed (no operator handle and no lock/keeper), look for birch buttons around the interior of your window. BiltBest used these birch buttons to cover the screws that fixed the sash in place.
